Metal Cutting Services
KMOC offers profile cutting services for companies wanting to cut steel or aluminium plate to their specifications & designs.
We currently utilise two cutting machines - one sole plasma machine and one dual capacity machine which has a plasma and high speed oxy LPG cutter.
Capacity and Services
We are capable of cutting steel plate up to 12m long by 3.2m wide and from 3mm to 100 mm thick. We are also capable of cutting aluminium plate up to 9 meters long by 2.2 meters wide and from 3 mm to 25 mm thick on our CNC router machine.
We offer a comprehensive Computer Controlled Cutting Service (CNC) with the ability to convert files direct from DXF, DWG or scan from a hand sketch or photos.
